Due to the current physician shortage in Lethbridge and the surrounding areas many Radiology Associates patients have found themselves without a referring family physician. Because most diagnostic imaging examinations require a physician referral and all require a physician to send completed medical reports to, Radiology Associates requests that these patients use a Virtual Doctoring app to attain a referral.
Unfortunately, diagnostic exams cannot be booked without a family or referring physician.

Radiology Associates Inc.
(RAI) has been proudly serving the people of Lethbridge and Southwest Alberta for over 40 years in the regional hospital, surrounding community hospitals and in a community clinic. RAI provides a full complement of services at Chinook Regional Hospital including 24/7 coverage, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, echocardiography, MRI, CT (including cardiac CT and CT colonography) and interventional radiology procedures. Services provided at the clinic include ultrasound, echocardiography, X-ray, mammography, bone mineral densitometry, body composition, as well as therapeutic pain injections into multiple joints and bursae, and spine injections. Chinook Vascular, a subgroup of Radiology Associates, also provides varicose vein therapy at the Lethbridge clinic. Ultrasound services are now being offered by RAI in Pincher Creek, Blairmore, Taber and Cardston, Alberta.
